Sangeeta Mehta

My journey began about 30 years ago when I immigrated from India to the United States. Despite the blessings of loving families both here and back home, I experienced persistent discontent despite career success and multiple skill acquisitions.

For many years, my happiness was dependent on external factors. My relationship with my spouse became strained, and I contemplated separation. I was involved in therapy for multiple years and was diagnosed with depression — a diagnosis I rejected.

During this time, vitiligo appeared as a physical manifestation of my struggles with emotional health.

The Turning Point

Travel to India to study traditional yoga philosophy led to a profound discovery: yoga is essentially a discipline of the mind. Through learning yoga psychology, I identified Avidya (wrong knowledge) as the root cause of my suffering — rather than clinical depression.

The Healing

Ayurvedic treatment under the guidance of an Indian doctor (now a member of our team) brought further transformation. I observed my vitiligo reverse through treatment. I achieved greater happiness, self-awareness, and an improved marriage relationship.
