What is Yoga?

Yoga is a mind and body philosophy originating in India that facilitates healing and self-growth. Though it is often thought of as a form of exercise that uses a sequence of postures and breathing techniques, yoga is actually a practice that is rooted in the mind, and at its core, is the science of the mind.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is an ancient system of treatment originating in India to maintain the health of the healthy and cure the diseases of the diseased. Yoga and Ayurveda both help prevent, reduce the symptoms of, delay or halt the progression of, and many times cure diseases.

You do not need any prior yoga experience of any kind to benefit from our services. Each individual is unique, and we create individualized yogic and/or ayurvedic plans according to your needs. Since most of our services are virtual, we can help you in the convenience of your residence.

Our approach and techniques are not intended as a replacement for consultations with a medical doctor, psychotherapist, or similar professional, but rather complementary.
